Don't assume that you don't need an agent if you are buying a new home.  Danna and Jay made our new home purchase much less stressful by accompanying us to all meetings with the builder.  They helped negotiate alot of upgrades and asked for things we didn't even think of asking for.  We love our new home.  We will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to our friends.
